01
Adapting is the job
The tools I used last quarter aren't the ones I'm using this quarter. The framework I'll use next quarter probably doesn't exist yet. What stays constant is how quickly I can get to pattern-lock on something new, and that's the actual skill.
02
Fast to lock in, slow to let go
Adapting fast doesn't mean shipping half-baked. Once I've locked in the approach, I go slow: edge cases, test coverage, failure modes, the 3am scenarios. Iteration is where systems actually earn their reliability, not the first pass.
03
Own the unglamorous layer
Queues, observability, session recording. The infrastructure that keeps agents running when nobody's watching.
